I couldn't be happier with this company! This is customer service! We had an estimate done, and were impressed with the quality and the video we were shown. I loved how we could customize our shower. We had a great salesman.. I'm so glad we did! From there on, it was very organized and easy, and they were great to install in about three weeks around my schedule. The manager that came out to the measure was very easy to work with, and was great with details. We were asked numerous times if we had any questions, and they really seemed to care about our experience. Our installer was great! Prompt, neat, wow- the perfect guy for the job! He really knows his stuff! He explained what he was doing, he gave us cleaning tips, he told us what he would tell his family- it felt like he was a family member doing our install. He worked neatly, and cleaned up everything- this was THE BEST contractor I've ever met! I'm going to have him do a system for my mom!  Everything went so well- it was so easy! It looks great and we couldn't be happier!!!
